East Point Plumbing provides full plumbing services for new residential builds across Byron Bay and the Far North Coast. From slab preparation through to final handover, we deliver reliable, code-compliant plumbing that builders and homeowners trust.
Our new build process:
1. **Pre-slab** — Underground drainage, water supply rough-in beneath the slab, and sewer connections. 2. **Rough-in (First fix)** — All internal pipework installed in walls and floors after frame-up, before the plasterer. 3. **Fit-off (Second fix)** — Fixtures, appliances, and connections installed after painting and tiling. 4. **Testing & handover** — Pressure testing, compliance certification, and walkthrough with the builder.
We work with owner-builders and licensed builders alike. Our quoting is transparent — you'll receive a detailed scope and fixed price before we start.
All work complies with the National Construction Code, AS 3500, and local council requirements. Licensed and fully insured.

Yes. After reviewing the plans and doing a site visit, we provide a comprehensive fixed-price quote covering all plumbing from slab to handover.

Absolutely. We work with many owner-builders across the Far North Coast. We'll guide you through the plumbing requirements at each construction stage.
What certifications do you provide?
We provide a Certificate of Compliance for all plumbing work as required by NSW Fair Trading. This includes pressure test certificates and drainage inspection reports.
